National green service provider Glendale has helped rejuvenate housing estates in Bolton with shrubs supplied by sister organisation, Glendale Horticulture.
The project, commissioned by Glendale’s client, Bolton at Home, saw a team of grounds maintenance operatives removing existing shrubs from 14 shrub beds before cleansing and re-stocking them with premium specimens. The aim of the project was to enhance the area for the local residents.
Designs for the new layouts of the shrub beds were supplied by the head of garden design at Glendale Horticulture, Lewis Normand.
Alan Stevens, contract manager, comments: “We received an enormous amount of support from the team at Glendale Horticulture throughout this project, in particular, Martyn Fletcher, Paul Hooper and Lewis Normand. Their willingness to go beyond the sale and support us with friendly and expert advice was fantastic, they truly went over and above to help and support us like a true sister organisation. Their products and services are something to be proud of too and have made a massive difference to our relationship with a good customer and residents of Bolton.”
