Glendale’s staff are ones to watch in the next generation

Glendale is delighted to announce that three of its employees have been selected as ‘ones to watch’ in the horticulture and landscaping industries as part of ProLandscaper magazine’s campaign: “30 under 30: The Next Generation”.

30 under 30 was launched by ProLandscaper in January 2014 in order to promote jobs within the sector.  Nominations were invited from across all sectors including garden design, grounds maintenance, landscape architecture and arboriculture.   A panel of expert judges selected the top 30 candidates from those nominated.

The Glendale employees awarded this year’s accolade were Chris Mills, general manager, Luke Dove, contract manager and Stephanie Grainger, contract delivery supervisor.  

Chris has been the general manager of Glendale’s tree supply, plant and relocate business, Civic Trees, for the past 12 months and is responsible for leading the sales team, marketing activity and business development.

Luke joined Glendale in 2010 and has risen through the ranks to become contract manager of the company’s contract with Whitefriars Housing in Coventry.

Stephanie has been with Glendale for eight months and has already demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with a complex transfer between two large organisations.  She is a contract delivery supervisor for the company’s contract with Western Power Distribution.  

Glendale would like to congratulate these employees on their outstanding achievement.
